Based on our process development and production capabilities, we can provide you with a series of professional ceramic customization services.
At present, we provide services for many high-end hotels, shopping malls, large hotels and other real estate projects. Through our professional design and innovative polishing of production technology, we have completed some projects that were initially considered impossible and excellently fulfilled the clients' design requirements.
Our current cooperative projects include MixC Xi'an, the direct collaboration with the renowned architect Thomas Heatherwick, as well as domestic and international design firms.
It is worth noting that our customization services have a relatively low minimum order quantity requirement - only 1 piece for large vases. If you have any ideas or projects, we can help you complete them.
Two ways to customize
1. Clarify the texture (handmade process) - The business department sends high - definition pictures for confirmation.
2. Clarify the shape of the ware. The business department combines with the texture and feeds back to the production department to confirm whether production is feasible and the possible problems during production, and then feeds back to the customer for confirmation.
3. Confirm the dimensions. Our company provides CAD drawings with the dimensions of the product marked for confirmation.
4. Confirm the packaging method.
5. Sample confirmation.
6. The customer clarifies the modification opinions, and our company makes adjustments according to the opinions.
7. Confirm again before formal production.
